What happens to all the citizen complaints?

I have spoken to many people who have or have had problems and complaints with the city of Casselberry and their complaints have gone to deaf ears.
It is easy to stand and speak at a commission meeting as long as you don't speak more than three minutes.Three minutes usually is not enough time to speak so if you don't or can't say everything in three minutes,it is the Commissions way of saying "They don't care". This can be proven that they look at you like Deer in headlights and no-one ever contacts you back with an answer.
I have been waiting over a year for answers but yet each meeting no one will answer not only my questions but everone who comes in to question the Mayor and commission. The commission meetings are for city business and what is more important than complaints from the residents and businesses?Nothing, the basic livelyhood of our community is to have resolutions to our growing and many problems we have with the city leadership.
We must have accountability and results of complaints made as to what the city has or has not done. Read the citys web page on mission statements and you will see they really do not care as it has been proven by their actions.Come to a commission meeting and stand and speak and you will see they do not care.
