"PROSECUTING INNOCENT PEOPLE"

OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are being violated by the same people we are to trust.CasselberryPOLICE are falsifying police reports and unlawfully prosecuting innocent people such as myself. WHY would I be arested for "Improper languge" if they prosecuted me for trespassing?Oh and that was 5 days after my arrest.
LAst time I checked freedom of speech and petitioning our government is a protected,yet guaranted right that we have not somthingthe police can ignore and violate. The court judges are not to prejudice cases by not allowing the jury to decide if a arrest was lawfull or not. By giving instructions to a jury that a arrest was lawfull when it was not would prejudice any jury as the court did in my case.
The court in not following any common sense clearly ignored the constitution and many proceedurers that the court should not have overlooked.With the judge dirrecting the very out come instead of being unbiased verywell prejudiced the entire case in order to secure a win for the prosecution to cover up crimes by the police.It amazes me how the public defenders office did everything to prosecute me rather than defend me, and the fact that no witnesses were called or that no questions were brought before the court that would bring any doubts. WE must follow what our city governments are doing and speak up.
