"DO THEY HAVE A BRAIN OR JUST STUPID"?

HOW COULD YOU GUESS that the Casselberry Mayor and commissioners would do another stupid move by making new ordinances that make no common sense and border on stupidity.
One ordinance would be to deny prospective business owners for 90 days any business licenses for Internet cafe' and businesses of the such[gambling]. On face value it may sound nice but this restricts property owners and deprives them of perspective tenants,keeping our city a ghost town.
The next logical deduction would be that if the City Mayor and commission wanted to rid the city of gambling,then they should not allow state lottery sales at convenience and food stores.Would that not be a double standard or speaking with a forked tongue to say you won't allow gambling yet you already do?This reasoning lacks all fundamental common sense if you see the logic.
Next ,the city ordinance to require recreational and commercial vehicles to be hidden by a six or eight foot fence screams insanity that a morons logic would come up with.Wow,first we had a problem with neighbors complaining about large recreational and commercial vehicles so to resolve the conflict the commissioner,mayor included decided that eight foot fences in front of such vehicles complained about would make them disappear.Gee whiz, now the neighbor not only have the vehicle they complained about,but also eight foot fencing that you can still see the vehicle. With logic like that why don't they make inmates wear tuxedos?Now when you drive through neighbor hoods it will look like prison camps with all the eight foot fencing devaluing our properties and still with the original complaints causing more and more problems still unresolved.I have one question not asked yet, will residents have to get a permit for the fencing and if so how much will they cost?It is surprising that adults made decisions so poor were they on drugs or plain stupid?It may make you believe the Mayor bleached her hair blond one too many times or is it possible to not have any brains? What does this nonsense do to build community values and unity?PEOPLE who make poor decisions should not be leaders?What do you think?
